Hey, everybody. Here i am once again. Now, i want to tell you all about my journey somewere in South East Asia. The places is a really amazing. I never imagine that this place full of something good. This is biggest country in South East Asia. The country name is Indonesia. What do you know about Indonesia? Indonesia is a large country with full of island. Big island and Small island, even a Mini island. This country is really amazing. You can see thousand of different people with specification. Every province (state in US) has different and unique culture. One of them is Province of Yogyakarta, one of the most amazing in Indonesia. Yogyakarta? Yes, this place is really great, has a amazing culture. The central of Javanese culture. When i were in this province, i had so many spiritual experience on it. Just try and go to this place someday. Kaliurang, The sweet cold.

Yogyakarta has a completed weather. There are hot, medium and cold. One of the cold is Kaliurang. Held on Merapi Mountain (one of the most active volcano in the world).
If you visit Yogyakarta, try to visit this place too. Very very beautifull with the landscape of mountain. Feel the magic wound of weather. There is a waterfall which can heal many sickness.

Gembiraloka Zoo

There is just one zoo in Yogyakarta, called Gembiraloka, means gembira(happy) and loka(nature place), so gembiraloka zoo means natural place with happy things.
There is many animals at this zoo. But, there is no one extinct animals show here. The maintainer decide to follow the international rule, do not show the extinct animals no matter what, let them freely life in their nature habits.



Elephants, monkeys, horses, aves, fishes etc. They life so natural in this zoo. And so comfortable with the facilities of the maintainers.
Beside the animals, there are several place that as good as animals place. There is flying fox area, sweetlove park (you can find it everywhere ^_^), waterpark (newest) and many good place.



So, what are you waiting for, tell your family or your friend or your sweetheart to visit this incredible place in Yogyakarta.

Hello, long time no see. Hehehe, sorry... sorry... I get so busy. But right now I want to share something good place among the Indonesia.

Yogyakarta, best undiscovered nature view.

1. Kiskendo cave

The place is held in Kulon Progo, about 20 km from the city of Jogja. This place so great, You can see the relief that capture the old story, myth of Hanoman the white heroic monkey. And then you can see the cave which is so cold, there are stalagnit and stalagtit inside. So classic and so incredible.

2. Kedung Kayan waterfall
The place of waterfall. The waterfall have 20meter of height and 2 meter of width. The air is incredibly clean and cold. You can fell so froozen if you to long stay here. So, this is really cool place.

There are so many great place which are undiscovered yet in Yogyakarta. Next time I try to post another great places. Bye and shalom...

Dancing at Full Moon

Yogyakarta is so full of cultures and arts. One of the most interesting is dance. There are so many dance in Yogyakarta an there are so many live performance to contain that dances. But, there is one dance which is performed constanty by the nature time. Every single full moon there is one super special dance show called Ramayana Dance. This dance show at the Borobudur temple and Prambanan Temple on the full moon in the sky, even the sky is cloudly or rainy, the show still performed. You will not be disappointed to see this excellent performance. They do not only prepare the dance and music, but also the lighting that is set in such a way to be able to describe certain events in that story. The make up of the dancers does not only make them beautiful but it is capable of describing the characters they perform so that spectators easily know the characters even though there is no dialog.

Behind the dance there was a story that so nice lovestory to storied. Story about love, passion, fighting, faith and heroic. This is the story.
The story begins when Prabu Janaka held a contest to determine the would-be husband for Shinta, his daughter that finally was won by Rama Wijaya. The scene is continued with the adventure of Rama, Shinta and Rama's younger brother named Laksamana in Dandaka forest. There, they met Rawana that was eager to posses Shinta since she was considered the reincarnation of goddess Widowati, a woman that he had been seeking for long.


In order to attract Shinta's attention, Rahwana changed one of his followers named Marica into a deer. The effort was successful when Shinta was attracted and asked Rama to chase the deer. When Rama did not show up after a while, Laksmana went to find Rama and left Shinta herself by protecting her with a magic circle around her in order that nobody would be able to kidnap her, including Rahwana. The protection failed to keep Shinta in the place since Rahwana succeeded in kidnapping her by changing himself into Durna character.

At the end of the story, Hanoman, the white, powerful monkey succeeded in taking Shinta from Rahwana. When she returned, however, Rama did not trust her anymore. He considered Shinta disgraced. In order to prove her virginity and holiness, Shinta was asked to burn herself. Shinta proved her holiness when she was not burned at all even she became more beautiful. Finally, Rama accepted her as his wife.

Parangtritis Beach

The most famous beach in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. You can call it Jogja beach, because every people and tourist from outside of Yogyakarta who want to see beach in Yogyakarta first list in they mind is Parang Tritis Beach.

This beach is so special. Because the story and spiritualism aura of this beach is so huge. The people in Indonesia (Javanese) even wash they amulet or some mythical thing in this beach every Friay Night and 1 Suro (the New Year of Javanese culture).
The naming of the beach has its own history. Hundreds years ago, someone named Dipokusumo, who was a fugitive of Majapahit Kingdom, came to this area to meditate. When he saw water dripping from the crack of the coral reef, he named this area 'parangtritis', originating from the word parang (stone) and tumaritis (water drops). The beach close to the area was then named the same.
Parangtritis is a beach full of myths, which is believed to be the manifestation of the unity among Merapi Mountain, Yogyakarta Kingdom, and Parangtritis Beach. The legend tells that Panembahan Senopati and Sunan Kalijaga once met in this place after completing their meditation. Panembahan Senopati was reminded of being a humble ruler despite his supernatural powers.

But, beside all of the mythicals argument, this beach is so beautifull. You can see sunset from here. Even the sand is so large and sweet. You also can use the Bendi, traitional transport with horse. So, enjoy this beautifull beach.
